The role of women in protecting the ideological foundation of the Party.

Women hold an important position and role in the family and society. Promoting the role of women in protecting the Party's ideological foundation and combating erroneous and hostile viewpoints will have a significant impact on the thinking and actions of family members and the community.

In the current struggle against false and hostile viewpoints, women play a crucial role as communicators, conveying accurate information to family members and the community. Through participation in mass organizations, community activities, propaganda campaigns of the Vietnam Women's Union, local Party committees and authorities, and active involvement in the struggle against false and hostile viewpoints, women play a vital role.Refute false viewpointsHostile forces contribute to social stability and promote economic development.

Over the past period, the Women's Union at all levels has established forums and clubs for women, creating conditions for women to participate in social activities, enhance their knowledge, and improve their skills and professional qualifications. Integrated into these activities, the Union has also encouraged its members to participate in the struggle against erroneous and hostile viewpoints, protect the rights and interests of women, and enhance the position and role of women in society. At the same time, it has conducted propaganda and education to raise awareness and the fighting spirit of women, providing accurate and correct information on the policies and laws of the Party and Government, helping people better understand policies and laws on gender equality and the protection of women's rights.

To further enhance the effectiveness of women's participation in protecting the Party's ideological foundation and combating erroneous and hostile viewpoints in the coming period, Party committees, governments, and Women's Union organizations at all levels need to focus on promoting education, propaganda, and raising awareness among women about their role and responsibility in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, promoting the historical, cultural, and revolutionary traditions of the nation, especially regarding the role of women in revolutions. They should also educate women's union members to better understand the importance of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, particularly in the current context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and globalization.

Strengthen training, skill development, and professional development for specialized staff of the Women's Union at all levels. Simultaneously, create favorable conditions for women to participate in activities related to protecting the Party's ideological foundation and combating erroneous and hostile viewpoints, such as: improving the working environment, training and developing attractive social activity programs, and fostering interest and support for women's participation. Develop and expand forums, clubs, and cultural and artistic events to provide women with more opportunities to exchange ideas and participate in activities aimed at protecting the Party's ideological foundation.

Women's Unions at all levels need to strengthen training and skill development for their officials and members, especially in skills related to information technology, information management and processing, to make propaganda and education more effective, linked to the development of programs and projects that meet the needs of women, particularly regarding education, training, employment and protection of women's rights.
