On the morning of March 2, Duong Thi Nhan and a group of people hired to transport 15 containers containing 7,500 Covid-19 test kits across the border were discovered by border guards.

At 3:30 a.m., the working group of Tan Thanh Border Guard Station and Lang Son Provincial Border Guard discovered a group of people transporting goods at landmark 1092, in Tan Thanh commune, Van Lang district, showing suspicious signs, so they asked to stop for inspection.

Taking advantage of the darkness and difficult terrain, the group abandoned 15 boxes of goods and fled into the forest. Border guards chased and arrested Duong Thi Nhan (36 years old, residing in Bac Son district, Lang Son).
