(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 8th, many barbershops, hair salons, and nail salons in Vinh City remained open to customers despite the ban on opening as stipulated in Official Document No. 3660/UBND-VX of the People's Committee of Nghe An province.

RightFollowing the urgent dispatch from the Provincial People's Committee and the Vinh City People's Committee regarding the addition of several measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in the province, the Covid-19 Prevention and Control Steering Committee of Hung Loc commune held an extraordinary meeting to disseminate the contents of the dispatch to all hamlets and residential groups. Simultaneously, working groups were established, divided by area, to conduct awareness campaigns and obtain signed commitments.Close down non-essential businesses., including beauty salons, barbershops, and hair salons.

Mr. Cao Van Cuong - Vice Chairman of Hung Loc Commune People's Committee - Deputy HeadSteering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and ControlHung Loc commune stated: "Currently, there are about 20 barbershops, hair salons, and nail salons in Hung Loc commune, mainly concentrated along Le Viet Thuat street and the Coi market area."

On the morning of June 8th, the commune established 3 task forces comprising 18 people; 18 hamlets formed 18 teams, each with 10 people, to conduct propaganda, obtain signed commitments from business owners, and request the closure of non-essential activities in accordance with the city's directive. Simultaneously, they divided into patrol teams to monitor the implementation of the commitments and resolutely dealt with violations.

After signing the commitments, working groups will be organized to regularly inspect and seriously handle cases of violations and resistance in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic."
