From the very beginning, Van Minh has established a professional and dedicated service style. Accordingly, the company's sleeper bus system is equipped with modern and comfortable facilities, along with a team of professional drivers who operate smoothly, always prioritizing the safety and peace of mind of passengers; ensuring that every journey is a complete and safe return.

However, in its early stages of development, Van Minh maintained its own operating principles, limiting expansion of partnerships, believing that only its own team could guarantee the desired quality of service; this caused the business to gradually stagnate.

"It wasn't until 2023, through experiences and learning opportunities, that I truly realized I needed to step out of my comfort zone; a change in mindset is what drives business growth," he frankly shared.

Following the severe impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, 2023 marked a significant turning point as Van Minh embarked on a major transformation. From a closed operating model, the company began to broaden its thinking: proactively seeking partners and developing a ticket agency network; flexibly adjusting policies based on customer feedback; encouraging employee input; and connecting with and learning from reputable businesses and experts both domestically and internationally.

The changes are evident in the company's operations and culture. Van Minh has become more flexible, open, and adaptable to market demands. As a result, service quality has improved, customer experience has significantly enhanced, and the brand has expanded its reach.

By the end of February 2026, Van Minh's system had expanded to 34 agents and 18 collaborators, laying the foundation for further development. More importantly, the business had rediscovered its "growth momentum" after a period of significant upheaval.
