The Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council offered incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, on February 23rd, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at his memorial house in Kim Lien commune.
Attending the ceremony were: Mr. Nguyen Nam Dinh - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; and members of the Provincial Party Committee: Mr. Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ms. Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; and Mr. Bui Duy Son - Chief of the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and People's Council.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegates respectfully laid wreaths, offered incense, and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the national liberation hero, a world cultural figure, and the brilliant leader of our Party and people.

Before the sacred image of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation expressed their boundless gratitude for his great contributions to the cause of national liberation and reunification; and pledged to continue studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style; to promote the spirit of unity, innovation, and creativity; to uphold responsibility and determination to successfully achieve the goals and tasks of 2026 from the very first days and months of the new year, contributing to building a more prosperous, beautiful, and civilized homeland and country.

Also that morning, the delegation visited and offered incense at the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan - the mother of President Ho Chi Minh, and at Chung Son Temple.


The Springtime incense offering ceremony is a deeply meaningful political activity, demonstrating the principle of "drinking water, remembering the source," expressing sincere gratitude and respect for the beloved leader of the nation; at the same time, it creates momentum and motivation for cadres and civil servants to continue striving and excellently fulfilling their assigned tasks in the new year of the Horse 2026.
