The VETC 24/7 roadside assistance center is officially operational with 100% coverage of all communes, offering free towing up to 100km with no limit on the number of calls for vehicles under 16 seats and light trucks.
VETC has officially launched its 24/7 National Emergency Response Center, providing traffic incident support solutions with wide coverage and affordable costs. According to the announcement, this service network is now present in 100% of communes nationwide, ensuring rapid response for users.

To deploy this service, Ms. Vu Thi Nguyet, Chairwoman of the VETC Board of Members, said the unit has invested in more than 200 specialized tow trucks. The vehicle fleet includes small trucks, large trucks, cranes, and motorcycles to flexibly handle specific situations. In addition, VETC cooperates with more than 300 affiliated partners, including professional, accredited tow trucks and garage systems nationwide.
Upon receiving a request, the dispatch center will assign the most appropriate rescue unit. These units are tasked with responding with a solution within 5–15 minutes of receiving the call. All information and rescue plans are provided transparently so that customers can proactively monitor the situation.

- There is no limit to the number of times you can call for roadside assistance per year.
- Free towing and lifting services are provided within a 100 km radius (additional charges apply from the 101st km onwards) for accidents, dead batteries, or incorrect fuel refueling.
- Assists in jump-starting the battery when the car won't start.
- Assisting with changing a spare tire or providing emergency fuel on the road.
