VETC has officially launched its 24/7 National Roadside Assistance Center, with a service network that is announced to cover 100% of communes nationwide. This is a new step for the company to expand its ecosystem of services supporting road users.
Specialized vehicle infrastructure and extensive partner network.
To deploy this service, Ms. Vu Thi Nguyet, Chairwoman of the VETC Board of Members, said the unit has invested in more than 200 specialized rescue vehicles. The vehicle system includes small trucks, large trucks, cranes, and even motorcycles to flexibly respond to various rescue situations.
In addition to its autonomous vehicle fleet, VETC collaborates with over 300 partner companies. These are rescue service providers and garages that have been thoroughly vetted for their capabilities to ensure consistent service quality throughout the system.
Transparent incident handling process
Upon receiving a request from a customer via the app or hotline, the VETC Rescue Center will dispatch the most suitable unit. A key point is the commitment to time: rescue units must respond with a solution within 5-15 minutes of receiving the call. All information regarding the rescue plan is provided transparently so that customers can proactively monitor the process.

VETC's 24/7 roadside assistance service currently applies to vehicles with fewer than 16 seats and trucks with a payload of less than 2.5 tons. For an annual fee of 290,000 VND, customers receive the following specific benefits:
- Number of requests:There is no limit to the number of emergency calls you can make throughout the year of use.
- Crane and towing support:Free travel is provided within a 100km radius in case of an accident, dead battery, or incorrect fuel refueling. If the distance exceeds 100km, charges will apply from the 101st kilometer onwards.
- On-site support:Jump-start a car battery when the engine won't start, change a spare tire, or provide emergency fuel.
Users can register for this rescue service directly on the VETC app for convenient management and to request support when needed.
