VFF flatly rejected Mr. Duc's proposal
The Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) has just announced the list of referees for the match between SHB.Da Nang and HAGL.

The VFF Referee Board has arranged for Mr. Tran Dinh Thinh to be the main referee for the match between HAGL and SHB.Da Nang in round 23 of the V.League. The two assistant referees are Mr. Pham Hoai Tam and Pham Ha Minh. Mr. Tran Ngoc Anh will take the position of table referee. Meanwhile, referee Nguyen Manh Hai will be in charge of the VAR room with assistant Nguyen Minh Chau.
Three days ago, SHB Da Nang Football Club sent a letter requesting VPF and VFF to arrange for a foreign referee to officiate the match against HAGL. The team on the banks of the Han River believes that this is an important match, of particular significance to the outcome of the season. Therefore, a foreign referee will ensure the transparency of the match.
After that, HAGL sent an official dispatch supporting Da Nang's decision and was willing to pay all fees to invite foreign referees.
In the end, the VFF Referee Board still assigned a domestic referee to officiate the match. More importantly, Mr. Tran Dinh Thinh has made many serious mistakes. In the match between Ho Chi Minh City and Thanh Hoa last season, Mr. Thinh took away 2 legal penalties from Thanh Hoa and caused them to lose the victory to the home team.
MU put the whole squad up for sale
Man Utd were left in turmoil after losing to Tottenham in the Europa League final.
According toMirrorandSunSport, the "Red Devils" leadership made a shocking decision, which is to put the entire squad on the transfer market this summer, no name is inviolable anymore.

The root cause is that the Old Trafford team cannot qualify for the Champions League next season, thereby losing an estimated income of up to 100 million pounds. In the context of tight finances, especially after Ineos took over part of the club, cleaning up the squad to get the budget to reinvest is inevitable.
Meanwhile, coach Ruben Amorim also faces an uncertain future. After the defeat, he expressed his willingness to leave his position if the club or fans no longer have faith in him.
Man Utd are planning to sign a new striker in the summer, but to do so they will need to offload loanees Sancho, Rashford and Antony.
