Subject Lau Ba Cua (born in 1991), residing in Na Ngoi commune, Ky Son district, was chased by the police forces on the way to sell drugs. When discovering the police force chasing him, subject Lau Ba Cua directed the driver to run away for a few hundred meters, but was quickly approached and arrested by the police force when he reached block 4, Quan Hanh town, Nghi Loc district. During a quick search, the police seized 5 kg of crystal meth and 1 utility knife.
