Vietnam has the most goal scorers in the AFF Cup.
Seven of Coach Park Hang-seo's players have scored goals up to the second leg of the final against Malaysia.

Nguyen Cong Phuong scored Vietnam's first goal with a powerful shot against Laos. He, along with Nguyen Quang Hai and Nguyen Anh Duc, each have three goals. Phan Van Duc is behind with two goals. In addition, Nguyen Tien Linh, Nguyen Huy Hung, and Pham Duc Huy have each contributed one goal.
"Coach Park Hang-seo has many goalscorers at his disposal, in every position. That will make Malaysia very cautious in the return leg,"Fox Sportsassessment.
After Vietnam, Myanmar and the Philippines each had six players who scored. However, they no longer have the opportunity to increase their tally as they have already been eliminated. For Myanmar, midfielder Hlaing Bo Bo scored two goals, while Aung Thu, Htet Phyoe Wai, Maung Maung Lwin, Sithu Aung, and Than Htet Aung also found the net.
Patrick Reichelt of the Philippines also celebrated two goals, while his teammates Jovin Bedic, James Younghusband, Martin Steuble, Carli de Murga, and Phil Younghusband each scored one.
In terms of goals scored in the tournament, Coach Park's team is second with 14 goals. They are two goals behind Thailand, while the second leg of the final is still ahead.
