Vietnam ranks 11th among the most livable places in the world
The InterNations website has just announced the results of a 2016 survey showing that Vietnam ranked 11th in the list of top destinations for people living and working abroad.
Evaluation criteria include: quality of life, ability to settle and integrate, working environment, family life and personal finances.
Compared to last year when it ranked only 35th out of 64 countries, Vietnam is considered to have achieved the biggest victory when it increased by 24 places this year.

Accordingly, the working environment criterion increased from position 36 to position 12. The stability and integration criterion increased from position 35 to position 29.
Vietnam's quality of life is not highly rated at 42nd place, but with the criteria of people's happiness, Vietnam ranks 8th.

Expat Insider is one of the world's largest surveys focusing on the "expat" community - people who live and work abroad. This is the third consecutive year the survey has been held.
Topping the overall rankings this year is Taiwan, followed by Malta and Ecuador. The bottom three countries from bottom to top are Kuwait, Greece and Nigeria.
