To ensure efficiency in flight training and reduce operating costs, the Air Defense - Air Force Academy has successfully manufactured a cockpit simulating the Su-27 fighter.

| According to the disclosed information, this device is manufactured to promote the application of simulation technology in education and training, meeting the requirements of increased practice, realistic training of units, new and modern equipment for learners and the requirements of a team of highly specialized and technical staff of the military branch that is moving towards modernization. |

| It is known that this product is formed by 2 blocks of equipment including: a simulation cabin and a teacher's desk. These blocks of equipment allow: Simulating on the cockpit the electrical testing operations of 36 practical training lessons belonging to 4 aviation engineering majors. |

| Simulate on the teacher's desk the interfaces that control the student's practice process, automatically compare incorrect movements and save the results. It is possible to select failure cases to create fake failure signals to test the student's ability to handle failures. |

| Generate audio signals that resemble aircraft operating sounds and use open source programming code that can change the content of the exercises. |

| Using equipment for training is very economical, because the cost is lower than imported equipment. Equipment helps to increase the trainees' practice close to reality, equipment, and facilities; improve the level, mastery and scientific research ability of the staff. |

| The device can also research and increase the number of electrical exercises to hundreds of exercises by upgrading the number of RS232 communication ports and programming additional training exercises. Along with researching and manufacturing practical training equipment on Su-27 aircraft, the academy also researched many simulation software and simulation equipment for training. |

| The academy’s radar simulators not only serve the students’ learning but are also ordered by the Military Training Department (General Staff) to be produced and supplied to units. Currently, the academy’s scientific staff are focusing on implementing the project “Air Defense - Air Force Division Exercise Command Center”. Once completed, it will ensure the experimental exercises and combat performance of each combat plan. |
