Vietnamese martial arts training in Nghe An takes place in Do Luong.

(Baonghean.vn) - For three days, from August 30th to September 1st, the Nghe An Vovinam - Vietnamese Martial Arts Association conducted Vovinam training for physical education teachers, general supervisors, and youth union officials in communes of Do Luong district.

The instructors demonstrate the basic movements to the students.

Participating in the training and instruction were martial arts masters and coaches from the Vovinam - Viet Vo Dao Association of Nghe An, along with 110 trainees including physical education teachers, team leaders from 57 primary and secondary schools, and Youth Union officials from 33 communes.

The team of Youth Union officials, physical education teachers, and team leaders from 57 primary and secondary schools, along with Youth Union officials from 33 communes and towns in Do Luong district, practiced the introductory forms of Vovinam martial arts.

The Vovinam training aims to prepare resources for introducing this unique national martial art as an elective physical education subject in secondary schools and to develop the movement among youth union members at the grassroots level.
