In 2023, VietinBank - Cua Lo Branch's lending volume exceeded VND 10,000 billion, debt collection volume was VND 8,660 billion, and non-performing loans amounted to only VND 1.9 billion, accounting for 0.04% of total outstanding loans. The branch's capital and credit outstanding reached over VND 9,000 billion, an increase of more than VND 2,040 billion compared to the beginning of the year, representing a growth rate of 31%.
The transaction payment system has been modernized, improving transaction processing speed and ensuring absolute security for customers. In 2023, the branch processed over 550,000 transactions. Products and services are continuously improved, meeting customer needs fully, promptly, and accurately.

The number of customers currently transacting with the Branch includes 3,880 loan customers, over 52,000 deposit customers, and over 29,000 customers transacting through online channels - including iPay, eFast, card services, etc.
