Capital and credit balance reached over 8,700 billion VND, an increase of nearly 900 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year.

Import, export payment and trade finance activities have been improved, with guarantee turnover reaching 700 billion VND, international payment turnover over 89 million USD. The payment transaction system has been innovated, improving transaction processing speed and ensuring security and safety for customers; products and services are increasingly improved.

And the most accurate measure of effectiveness is the number of partners and customers who have relationships and transactions with Vietinbank Vinh City branch is constantly increasing. The number of customers who are regularly transacting is more than 2,800 loan customers, 51,500 deposit customers, 30,600 customers using e-banking services and many customers using eFast services, international credit cards...

In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic broke out globally, Vietinbank Vinh City branch always accompanied customers borrowing capital to overcome the difficult period of the pandemic. By the end of 2020, the branch had disbursed loans to 150 customers facing difficulties due to the impact of the pandemic with new disbursement turnover of over 2,000 billion VND; implementeddebt restructuring, keeping the debt group for customers with a restructuring amount of more than 60 billion VND; spending 4 billion VND from profit cuts to support interest rates and reduce customer service fees.

In parallel with credit activities, Vietinbank Vinh City branch also provides products such as guarantees, capital supply commitments, trade finance, international payments... to meet the maximum needs of customers participating in bidding, construction, domestic and foreign payments.

In addition, the branch is always interested in gratitude and social security. In 2020, it sponsored the construction of 2 schools in Ky Son district with an amount of 2.4 billion VND, supported the Tet for the poor program, took care of war invalids, orphans, and disabled children... with an amount of 660 million VND.
