Notably, according to Decree 51/2025/ND-CP, the Government has agreed to extend the exemption of all registration fees for battery-powered electric vehicles until February 28, 2027. At the same time, VinFast has also extended the free battery charging policy for another 6 months, until June 30, 2027, for customers owning vehicles with batteries.
