Thanks to the dual features of Remote Vehicle Management and Monitoring and Intrusion Alert integrated into the VF Connect system, current VinFast vehicles are not simply means of transportation but have become smart devices that are always online. The Remote Control feature is now available on the VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9 models. This solution helps users completely resolve situations such as forgetting where they parked their car in an apartment building or shopping mall garage. Instead of manually searching, car owners simply activate the flashing lights or honking the horn via the VinFast app to pinpoint the exact location of their vehicle.

Besides locating a vehicle, the system also allows owners to quickly check important technical parameters such as battery level, tire pressure, and cabin temperature directly on their phones. In particular, the feature of remotely turning on the air conditioning 5-10 minutes before the start of a journey is highly appreciated by many users, helping to keep the cabin cool even when the car is parked in hot weather.

24/7 Smart Security Protection

Beyond convenience, VF Connect also acts as a silent security assistant. The system integrates a Theft Alert feature, automatically sending instant notifications to your phone if it detects unusual activity such as vehicle vibration, external impact, unauthorized door opening, or movement from its original parking position.

This peace of mind is maintained even when the owner is away on business or parked for extended periods at the airport. 24/7 monitoring allows users to check the door lock status and vehicle location at any time, minimizing the risk of property damage and providing a superior electric vehicle ownership experience compared to traditional gasoline-powered vehicles.

OTA update capability and service delivery schedule

One of the strongest points of VinFast electric vehicles is their over-the-air (OTA) software update capability. This means that features in the VF Connect package can be continuously upgraded, alert algorithms optimized, and new features added without customers having to bring their vehicles to a service center.

Currently, these features are being offered to a group of customers for a free trial. According to VinFast's roadmap, from April 1, 2026, these features will officially become exclusive to customers who subscribe to VF Connect service packages.
