On July 15, 2024, two days before the Ministry of Education and Training announced the graduation exam results, Ha Huy Tap High School (Vinh City) held a Party admission ceremony for 26 12th grade students, course 47. The number of students admitted to the Party this school year is higher than the previous school year and the highest in recent years. The members admitted to the Party are all students with high achievements in studying, in the provincial excellent student exam, and in the Science and Technology exam. Many of them are exemplary class cadres, pioneering Youth Union cadres, club leaders and have contributed a lot to the school's activities.

In the list of young party members, Tran Khanh Chi and Tran Khanh Linh are two special cases because they are twins and were admitted to the Party on the same day. They both grew up in families where both their parents were freelancers. Although their parents were not party members, they always encouraged and motivated their children to join the Party early.

Before being admitted to the Party, Tran Khanh Chi - class monitor of class 12D1 was admitted early to the Primary Education Department - Vinh Pedagogical University; Tran Khanh Linh - class secretary of class 12D5 was also admitted and planned to study at two schools, Duy Tan University and FPT University, majoring in Painting.

Sharing about her efforts, Khanh Chi said: Right from the time I entered 10th grade, I set a goal to be admitted to the Party. Therefore, when I was elected by my homeroom teacher and classmates to be the class leader, I tried to promote my role. During my high school years, it seemed like I enthusiastically participated in every activity at school and in class. In addition, I also balanced my time, arranging harmoniously between studying and working with the Youth Union. During my 3 years of high school, I was an excellent student and won the second prize in the provincial excellent student competition.

Through participating in union activities, I feel myself growing and improving day by day, helping me transform from an inexperienced, shy girl into a more active, confident girl who knows how to live responsibly for myself and for the school.

Student Tran Khanh Chi - Ha Huy Tap High School (Vinh City)

Hoang Thu Trang - a student of class 12A3 - Que Phong High School has just completed 12 years of high school with many outstanding achievements such as many consecutive years of being an excellent student at school, district and provincial levels. In particular, in grade 12, she won first prize and was the valedictorian of the provincial excellent student in History. Trang has also just been honored as one of the 8 young talents of Nghe An province, admitted early to Da Nang University and Hue University of Education. She has also just completed the graduation exam with excellent results, with the C group alone achieving 28 points. In June 2024, when she turned 18, Trang was also one of the few students of Que Phong High School to be honored to be admitted to the Party right at school.

Talking about the results achieved, Hoang Thu Trang said: Although studying at a school far from the center, with many difficult conditions, I had 3 years of high school with many useful and meaningful activities such as participating in many volunteer activities of the class, the school and the district youth union such as "Spring of Love", "Red Flamboyant" campaign "Support for exam season". Each activity is a valuable experience that helps me grow up and gives me the opportunity to express myself.

Provide opportunities for development

In recent years, the number of Nghe An students admitted to the Party while still in school has increased and each year is always higher than the previous year. The majority of those admitted to the Party are students with high academic achievements and active participation in youth movements. Being admitted to the Party not only recognizes the efforts of each student but also is a favorable start for them to continue to develop in the future.

Talking about Party admission work at school, teacher Cao Thanh Bao - Principal of Ha Huy Tap High School (Vinh City) shared: With the viewpoint that developing the Party in school will motivate students to try and strive, at Ha Huy Tap High School, the school creates all conditions for students to contribute.

In addition, the school is not afraid to "assign work" so that students can develop themselves and demonstrate their abilities. During the implementation process, the school does not limit age or class; instead, all students who wish to participate in Party sympathy classes will have the opportunity to participate. After this class, students will be self-enlightened and have the consciousness to strive and improve.

At Nghi Loc 2 High School, on July 5, 16 out of 68 students who participated in the Party sympathy class were also admitted. The number of students admitted to the Party at the school all exceeded the assigned target, even double the target in some years. To achieve this result, in the past time, the school has focused on implementing the "incubation" work from discovery, nurturing to training the environment for students to practice and strive.

Another special thing is that the school has been given the opportunity by the District Party Committee to open Party sympathy classes right in the school, creating conditions for students not to have to travel far and the number of students participating is increasing day by day. For students who are not qualified or not old enough to join the Party in school, we have connected with the locality so that they continue to have the opportunity to strive and have the opportunity to mature, and soon join the Party when qualified.
