vivo is expected to launch a trio of flagship products, including the X300 Ultra, X300s, and Pad 6 Pro, at the end of March, with storage options up to 1TB and advanced satellite connectivity features.
Details regarding the configurations and color options for vivo's upcoming high-end product line have just been revealed. According to leaked information from the Chinese supply chain, vivo will hold a launch event on March 30th for the vivo X300 Ultra, X300s, Pad 6 Pro tablet, and a new vlogging camera. These devices are expected to officially go on sale from April 3rd.
vivo X300 Ultra: A breakthrough with satellite connectivity and 1TB of storage.
The top-of-the-line flagship model, the vivo X300 Ultra, is confirmed to have four main memory variants: 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 512GB, and the highest-end version with 16GB + 1TB. Notably, the 1TB version will feature satellite connectivity, a feature that is becoming standard on ultra-premium smartphones today.
In terms of design, the X300 Ultra offers three basic yet elegant color options: green, black, and silver. The camera system on this model is also expected to deliver superior optical performance, solidifying the X series' position in the mobile photography segment.
vivo X300s and Pad 6 Pro: Diverse experience options
Besides the Ultra version, the vivo X300s also boasts similar memory specifications, ranging from 12GB + 256GB to 16GB + 1TB. However, the X300s offers a more youthful color palette with options in green, purple, white, and black. This is considered a more affordable version compared to the Ultra model while still maintaining powerful specifications.
In the tablet segment, the vivo Pad 6 Pro has been revealed with five different configurations, starting from 8GB + 256GB and going up to 16GB + 1TB. The product will be available in three colors: blue, purple, and gray. Currently, the company has not officially announced its plans for releasing the Pad 6 Pro to the international market.
Distribution strategy in international markets
Regarding the commercialization roadmap, the vivo X300 Ultra is expected to launch globally in the second quarter of this year. Meanwhile, the X300s model may be exclusively distributed in the Chinese domestic market initially. Some sources suggest that this device may be renamed vivo X300T when launched in the Indian market.
