Low canal dike breach in Hung Nguyen

At 8:00 p.m. on September 29, the low canal dike, also known as Hoi Tinh Dike, through Hamlet 7, Lang Rao Commune, Hung Dao District, broke about 5 meters. This is a critical dike, protecting nearly 1,700 households (about 6,000 people). After discovering the incident, Hung Nguyen District mobilized forces and people to focus on saving the dike.
