Pretending to ask for salt, then committing heinous acts in the night.

Taking advantage of the darkness, Y Luc Mlo pretended to go to H'lan's house to ask for salt, then used force to commit the heinous act.

On the morning of November 14th, Colonel Hoang Van Van, Head of the Krong Nang District Police, Dak Lak province, stated that the unit is investigating a report from Ms. H. (32 years old, residing in Ea Ho commune, Krong Nang district) regarding being raped in a field hut. The suspect in the heinous act is Y Luc Mlo (25 years old, residing in the same locality).

According to the victim's report, earlier, at around 7:30 PM on November 11th, Ms. H. was sleeping in her coffee plantation hut in Ea Ho commune when Y Luc Mlo came to the door to ask for salt.

Although she knew Y Luc Mlo was from the same village, Ms. H. was still afraid and didn't dare open the door. Seeing this, Y Luc Mlo continued to bang on the door and threaten to destroy the hut if she didn't open it. Fearing that Y Luc Mlo would destroy the hut, Ms. H. got up and opened the door to let the young man in.

Upon entering, Y Luc Mlo immediately attacked the victim, pinning her to the floor to commit the heinous act. However, Ms. H. managed to resist, pushing Y Luc Mlo away and escaping. The following morning, the victim reported the incident to the authorities.
