Fund collapses.
(Baonghean.vn) - The problem is that the village's Education Promotion Fund has "collapsed" this year. For the past few days, the members of the Front Committee and the village's education promotion officers have been appealing to families to contribute additional funds. Just a small amount, 5,000 or 10,000 VND per household. The reason the village's Education Promotion Fund has "collapsed" is because this year many children have excelled in their studies, and every child deserves to be rewarded.
Even though our village is located in a mountainous area, the children have a very good learning environment. At the end of the school year, many children achieve the title of Advanced Student or All-Round Excellent Student. In particular, every year there are children from our village who get into university. Some even get into top universities nationwide. Who wouldn't be happy about that?

Thanks to the attention of the Party and the State, the economic life of the village has improved in recent years. The villagers have become more aware of hunger and poverty, and are constantly striving to improve their lives. Many families have built spacious houses, and many have purchased valuable household items. Importantly, no family has allowed their children to drop out of school or become illiterate. Unfortunately, the Covid-19 pandemic has severely impacted the lives of the villagers in the past few years. Earning money has become more difficult, and food and clothing are not readily available. Nevertheless, no family has let their children lack stationery for their studies. The children, thinking of their parents and their future, study diligently. As a result, many children are doing well in school.
To encourage children to study hard, the village also established a Scholarship Fund. Every year, during Tet (Lunar New Year) and before the new school year, they award prizes to children who excel and make progress in their studies. However, this year, it is highly likely that the fund will not have enough to award prizes. That's why it's considered a "fund deficit." Besides the "Advanced Student" title, the village has students who have achieved excellent student status at the school and district levels. In particular, some children have even achieved excellent student status at the provincial level, and some have scored high marks in university and college entrance exams.

We know we don't have much to give as rewards, but we must give some to the children. This is a gift of encouragement from the villagers to help these young sprouts of the community overcome difficulties. For the children, receiving these gifts is receiving the kindness of the villagers, which will motivate them to strive harder and grow into mature individuals.
Calling the fund "empty" was just for fun. After the village's education promotion officer campaigned, the fund is full again, and there's even a surplus for the following year.
