VSIP Nghe An: A world-class industrial, urban, and service zone.

The VSIP Nghe An Industrial, Urban, and Service Complex project is located at the western gateway of Vinh City, only 5 km from Vinh Airport and about 4 km from the city center, surrounded by major arterial roads such as National Highway 1A, National Highway 46A, National Highway 46B, and the Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard. VSIP Nghe An was solemnly inaugurated on September 16, 2015, with the presence of high-ranking leaders from both the Vietnamese and Singaporean governments. The project covers a total area of ​​750 hectares, of which 368 hectares are designated for the industrial zone, bringing to Nghe An province in particular and the North Central provinces in general a completely different, internationally-standardized industrial, urban, and service complex.

During the development process,VSIPVSIP Nghe An has transformed from a traditional industrial park into a comprehensively planned industrial, urban, and service complex with a clean and green development orientation, based on Singaporean standards in Vietnam. To achieve the attractive investment environment it currently enjoys, the support and cooperation from all levels of government in Nghe An province have played a crucial role, alongside the efforts of VSIP Nghe An itself.
As of December 15, 2021,VSIP Nghe An Industrial ParkIt has attracted 30 investment projects (including 14 FDI projects) with a leased land area of ​​131.34 hectares (out of a total factory construction land area of ​​263.23 hectares), achieving an occupancy rate of 49.9% (expected to attract approximately over 40,000 local workers); the average investment rate of secondary projects in VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park is approximately VND 115.08 billion/hectare.

Of these, 20 investment projects have commenced operations, creating initial jobs for over 12,838 local workers; two other investors are constructing factories; and the remaining seven have completed investment procedures and are undergoing planning procedures to begin construction. Currently, VSIP Nghe An is in the negotiation phase with several investors for approximately 16.44 hectares of land in Phase 1 of the Industrial Park and approximately 40 hectares in Phase 2 of the Industrial Park, with land lease agreements expected to be signed in Q4 2021 (raising the occupancy rate to approximately 71% by the end of 2021).
Currently, several foreign investors from Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan are interested in leasing large areas of land (from 30 to 60 hectares), and some investors in high-tech industries have also repeatedly visited to explore investment opportunities at the VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park Phase 2, which is currently undergoing land leveling and infrastructure development. It is expected that the entire industrial park area will be fully occupied by the second quarter of 2022.

Currently, VSIP Nghe An Park is being developed on an area of ​​2.6 hectares, designed by consultants from Malaysia and Singapore with a philosophy centered around the image of the family. In addition to lush green spaces, an artistic fountain with a modern laser lighting system, a children's playground, an outdoor stage, and outdoor exercise equipment, it will provide many spaces for recreation, entertainment, and relaxation for people of all ages.
Adjacent to the VSIP Nghe An park is a shopping and dining district. The townhouses in the VSIP Nghe An Urban Area will be built within a gated community with numerous amenities such as 24/7 security; a club with a swimming pool, indoor gym, community hall, and many other facilities.
