Episode 48 of the series "The Dividing Line" continues with dramatic developments as Thieu uses a sensitive video clip to pressure Chan and Thu's family. At the same time, political conspiracies gradually emerge, aiming to eliminate Thu's obstruction in key cases in Viet Dong province.

In the episode aired on January 8th, Thieu (Manh Cuong) proactively sought out Chan (Ha Viet Dung) - Thu's husband - to negotiate. Thieu hoped Chan would use his influence to persuade Thu to agree to a job transfer and a higher position. According to Thieu, this would benefit all parties involved.
