Celebrating the National Unity Day in Thai Hoa Ward
On the afternoon of November 14th, comrades Pham Hong Quang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Construction; Hoang Thi Thu Trang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Justice; and the provincial delegation attended the National Unity Day celebration in Kim Tan Hamlet, Thai Hoa Ward. Also in attendance were members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and the Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Hoa Ward, along with a large number of local residents.
The Kim Tan block currently has 421 households with 1,900 inhabitants. In 2025, the Block's Front Committee proactively and creatively implemented effective campaigns and patriotic emulation movements. 98% of households in the block achieved the title of "Cultural Family," and 76% achieved the title of "Sports Family."

Cultural, artistic, and sports activities are regularly maintained, contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people. The landscape environment is cared for through the maintenance of "Green Sunday" activities, general cleaning, and planting flowers and trees in front of houses.
The people in the block also strongly promoted the spirit of mutual support and compassion. In 2025, the people of Kim Tan block participated in supporting the Tet Fund for the Poor; and donated more than 100 million VND to support people affected by natural disasters.

Speaking at the event, Comrade Pham Hong Quang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Construction - acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the Front Committee and the people of Kim Tan block in the past period. He expressed confidence that the officials and people of the block will continue to uphold the tradition of solidarity, maintain the title of cultural block, build a bright, green, clean, and beautiful living environment, and contribute to making Thai Hoa ward increasingly civilized, prosperous, and beautiful.

On this occasion, comrades Pham Hong Quang, Hoang Thi Thu Trang, and the provincial delegation presented gifts to the block and gave 10 gifts to 10 poor households in the ward (each household receiving 1 million VND and a warm blanket). Also at this event, the leaders of Thai Hoa ward presented 3 million VND to Kim Tan block and one gift to a near-poor household in the block.
At the festival, the Kim Tan Block Committee also organized an awards ceremony to honor exemplary cultural families and presented awards to outstanding cultural families of 2025.
