An Chau commune inaugurates community center in Duc Vinh hamlet.

The ceremony was attended by comrades: Nguyen Xuan Thang - Member of the Politburo of the 13th Party Congress, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council; Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province; local leaders and a large number of people from An Chau commune.

The project officially commenced in September 2025 with a total investment of approximately 5 billion VND, funded by Eurowindow Holding Group. The Duc Vinh hamlet community center is designed to be spacious, sturdy, and modern, with synchronized technical specifications and a total construction area of ​​over 550 m².²The interior of the building is divided into scientifically designed zones including: one large auditorium, one central stage, one preparation room, and one storage room.

After more than 8 months of intensive construction, the project was completed on schedule and put into use, not only directly meeting the needs of the people for meetings, community activities, cultural exchange and sports, but also contributing to creating a strong impetus for An Chau commune to complete the criteria and soon achieve the advanced new rural commune standard in the near future.

At the ceremony, leaders from the central, provincial, and local levels, along with representatives from Eurowindow Holding Group, solemnly performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony, officially handing over and putting the Duc Vinh hamlet community center into use.
