The work of building the Party and the political system has maintained serious research, dissemination, study and deployment, promulgation and effective implementation of Directives, Resolutions, Plans... at all levels. In addition, there are still some limitations: The economy has not created a sustainable breakthrough, has not created local products that are competitive enough. Structural transformation is slow. The quality of human resources is low and does not meet practical needs. State management in some aspects is still limited, land, environmental resources, forest protection management, security and order are still potentially complicated. The capacity and fighting strength of some party cells are not high. The qualifications, capacity and sense of responsibility of some cadres, civil servants and workers do not meet the requirements.

The total estimated production value of Binh Chuan commune by 2025 is over 73.5 billion VND, reaching 47.39%. Of which: Value of agriculture, forestry and fishery: 49.6 billion VND (51.55%); Small industry - Construction: 11.1 billion VND (45.25%); Trade - Services: 12.4 billion VND (36.38%). Total grain output reaches 2,154.6 tons/ Plan 1,508 tons, reaching 142.8%.

The commune also closely combines 3 national target programs with local socio-economic development projects and plans. In the past 5 years, the national target programs have invested in supporting the construction of models and projects such as: livestock and poultry farming models, forest protection, job conversion, housing support, domestic water, etc. with a budget of more than 13 billion VND, contributing to improving production efficiency, helping poor and near-poor households develop production, access basic social services, create jobs, and gradually improve the material and spiritual life of the people.

Regarding services and trade, the commune has many policies to encourage and facilitate the development of commercial activities, small-scale industry, services, community tourism, restoring Muong Chon market; restoring and developing rattan and bamboo weaving and production of typical products in the commune.

Authorities at all levels and villages regularly launch movements to mobilize people to donate land, trees, and property on land to expand roads. The commune also mobilizes thousands of working days of people to regularly clear, dredge, and clean inter-commune, inter-village, and intra-village roads, repair bridges, culverts, and irrigation ditches in the area, promptly serving the travel needs of the people.

The commune effectively implemented the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the 2021-2025 period, achieving 13/19 criteria, 2/7 villages reaching the NTM finish line, and 3/7 villages achieving cultural villages.

In addition, Binh Chuan also maintains and promotes cultural, artistic, sports and health training activities among the people such as: Thai folk song clubs; participating in the Men's and Women's Volleyball and Volleyball competitions during holidays. The results of administrative procedure reform and digital transformation in the commune have initially brought positive results. The Party Committee has issued a Resolution to lead national defense and security work.

The commune directs to strictly maintain combat readiness regimes on holidays and Tet; coordinate with the police and military forces to increase patrols and propaganda to proactively grasp the situation, increase patrols, maintain political security, stable social order and safety, prevent hot spots from arising, and prevent conflicts and disputes from occurring among the people.
