The first commune in Que Phong to meet New Rural standards after the merger

After 4 years of implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the period 2021 - 2025, with the perseverance, efforts and determination of the Party Committee, the government, the entire political system and the people, Muong Noc commune has achieved many successes in the movement "Nghe An joins hands to build new rural areas".

With the motto "easy to do first, difficult to do later", focusing on mobilizing internal resources and taking advantage of the policies and mechanisms of the Central, province and district, especially combining and making good use of the strength of the entire people with the support of companies, businesses and sponsors, Muong Noc commune has achieved encouraging results. That is, the socio-economic infrastructure, welfare works serving the people have been upgraded and newly built, the people's lives in all aspects have been improved, and the appearance of the countryside has changed a lot.

By the end of 2023, the average income will reach 42,446 million VND/person/year. The whole commune has 10/11 hamlets and villages achieving the cultural title, the rate of families achieving the cultural title annually is over 80%; the commune health station has been invested in upgrading and is spacious with a fully-staffed medical staff, meeting the national health criteria; environmental sanitation, waste collection and treatment have been improved, the rate of people using clean water has reached 100%. Political security and social order and safety are maintained.

With the efforts and struggles of the entire political system, the consensus of the entire Party and people in the new rural construction movement, up to now, Muong Noc commune has completed 19/19 criteria and has been recognized by the People's Committee of Nghe An province as a commune meeting the new rural standards in 2023 in Decision No. 2200/QD-UBND dated August 23, 2024.

Muong Noc commune being recognized as meeting the new rural standards is considered a premise and motivation to add strength to the Party Committee, government and people of the commune to continue to unite, unify, make more efforts and strive, while clearly defining the idea of ​​having only a starting point, no ending point to improve the quality of new rural criteria in a sustainable manner, soon reaching the advanced new rural standards in the following years.
