Through investigative measures, the traffic police determined that at approximately 2 PM on December 5, 2025, Ms. HTH was driving a car with license plate 37K-xxx.90 across an unauthorized crossing at Km323+850, in the Vinh – Yen Xuan section (belonging to Hung Nguyen commune). While crossing the North-South railway line, the car suddenly veered off course. The wheels fell onto the tracks, causing the vehicle to get stuck and unable to move.

At that precise moment, the AH1 train, driven by Mr. Do Trung Kien, was approaching. Sensing the potential for an accident, Ms. H and another resident signaled a warning. Thanks to this timely signal, train driver Kien applied the brakes and made an emergency stop, avoiding a collision. After ensuring safety, Ms. H drove her vehicle across the tracks so the train could continue its journey.

Notably, this unauthorized access point already had a "no cars allowed" sign and warning signs in place, and good visibility. Based on the violation, the Traffic Police Department issued a fine to Ms. HTH for entering a road with a "no cars allowed" sign, with a penalty of 4-6 million VND, and deducted 2 points from her driver's license.
