Gasoline prices will decrease from 3 PM this afternoon.

From 3 PM this afternoon, November 18th, gasoline prices will continue to decrease, but at a slight rate of only a maximum of 180 VND/liter.

According to an announcement from the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance, the ceiling price for A92 gasoline will be 17,054 VND/liter, a minimum reduction of 178 VND/liter.

Fuel oil prices also decreased by 83 VND/liter, with the highest retail price at 9,488 VND/kg.

Conversely, kerosene prices would have to increase by 124 VND/liter, pushing the retail price to a maximum of 12,647 VND/liter.

Specifically for diesel fuel, the Inter-Ministerial Committee requested a reduction in the stabilization fund contribution from the current 300 VND/liter to 208 VND/liter. At the same time, the price of this product will remain unchanged, with a ceiling price not exceeding 13,513 VND/liter.

Previously, gasoline and diesel prices had undergone a more significant downward adjustment, by nearly 800 VND/liter.

The inter-ministerial committee also stated that over the past 15 days, fuel prices in the Singapore market have shown a slight downward trend for gasoline and a slight upward trend for kerosene.

Specifically, the average price of A92 gasoline in the Singapore market from November 3rd to November 17th was only $57.049 per barrel. Diesel fuel averaged $58.405 per barrel, a very slight increase compared to the previous figure of $58.01 per barrel.

The average price of kerosene was $58.52 per barrel, and the average price of fuel oil was over $235.06 per ton.

To date, gasoline prices have decreased 10 times and increased 6 times. Diesel fuel prices have decreased 9 times and increased 4 times. Kerosene prices have decreased 13 times and increased 4 times, and fuel oil prices have decreased 11 times and increased 4 times.
