(Baonghen.vn) - On the morning of August 4th, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to gather opinions on the draft plan "Continuing to innovate the Party's leadership methods, building a streamlined and efficient political system organizational structure."

Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies - chaired the meeting. Also participating were: Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Quang Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of several provincial departments, agencies and mass organizations. |
Reforming the Party's leadership methods was mentioned from the 4th to the 6th Party Congresses and, in the documents of the 12th Party Congress, was again identified as one of the 10 tasks for Party building.
Continuing to innovate the Party's leadership methods and building a streamlined, effective, and efficient political system is a fundamental, strategic, and long-term task, as well as a regular, urgent, and immediate one; it is also a difficult issue, related to the organization and operation of the entire political system.

To ensure high-quality feedback on the "Continuing to innovate the Party's leadership methods, building a streamlined political system and organizational structure that operates effectively and efficiently" project, the Provincial Party Committee conducted a rigorous consultation process, gathering opinions from subordinate Party committees, departments, agencies, mass organizations, and each member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to guarantee the project's quality.
The requirements set forth in the plan are to continue innovating the Party's leadership methods to meet the new situation. This emphasizes that to innovate leadership methods, attention must be paid to the intellectual capacity and moral character of cadres and Party members; leaders in agencies, units, and organizations must be truly exemplary and reputable; each cadre and Party member must correctly understand the principle of democratic centralism; and democracy must be promoted within the Party, starting from the grassroots level... The plan also requires streamlining and improving the quality of the workforce to ensure effective and efficient operation.
