Building Nam Dan district into a model new rural district.

Accordingly, the list of localities registered to achieve new rural/advanced new rural/model new rural standards in 2025 has been approved, specifically as follows:

• The district has achieved the status of a model new rural area: Nam Dan
• Eight communes in five districts have achieved the status of model new rural areas, including: Long Xa (Hung Nguyen), Thanh Lien (Thanh Chuong), Quynh Hau (Quynh Luu), Nghi Lam, Nghi My (Nghi Loc), Lang Thanh, Tho Thanh, Nam Thanh (Yen Thanh).
• The district has achieved the advanced new rural standard: Nghi Loc
• Nineteen communes in 10 districts and towns have achieved advanced new rural standards, including:Trung Son (Do Luong), Tuong Son (Anh Son), Dai Dong (Thanh Chuong), Tam Quang (Tuong Duong), Quynh Giang, Quynh Tan (Quynh Luu), Nghia Trung, Nghia Khanh (Nghia Dan), Quynh Vinh, Quynh Loc (Hoang Mai Town), Dien Dong, Dien Lien, Dien An (Dien Chau), Nghi Yen, Nghi Thiet, Nghi Dong (Nghi Loc); Vien Thanh, Duc Thanh, Do Thanh (Yen Thanh).
• Three communes in three districts have met the standards for new rural areas:Mau Duc (Con Cuong), Huong Son (Tan Ky), Chau Kim (Que Phong).

Accordingly, provincial departments and agencies, and the People's Committees of districts and Hoang Mai town are tasked with integrating programs, schemes, and projects implemented in districts and towns, and in communes registered to achieve new rural/advanced new rural/model new rural standards in 2025, based on their respective functions and responsibilities and the assignments of the Provincial People's Committee; and providing guidance, direction, and support to localities in achieving the standards and criteria for new rural/advanced new rural/model new rural in 2025.
