Mrs. Le Thi Bieu is the wife of Martyr Phan Van Thao, who sacrificed his life in the resistance war against the US to save the country. She currently lives in a dilapidated and severely run-down house.

After surveying and evaluating, the Provincial Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs unanimously agreed to support the construction of the house with 50 million VND, thanks to the support of the Construction Company No. 4 and Hanoi Joint Stock Company.

The house was designed with two rooms, a usable area of over 54 square meters, and an estimated cost of nearly 150 million VND. Of this, nearly 100 million VND came from the family's own funds, donations from relatives and neighbors, and labor contributions from local organizations and associations.

It is expected that the house will be completed and handed over in two months, providing Ms. Le Thi Bieu with a place to shelter from the sun and rain and to honor the fallen soldier.
