Nguyen Thi Luong, 15 years old (from Hamlet 10, Ngoc Son Commune), comes from a particularly difficult background. Her mother passed away early, and her father is missing, leaving behind four siblings. Luong's older siblings all work far away, and she currently lives in the dilapidated house of her blind grandmother, who is over 90 years old, and an uncle with a mental illness. Her greatest wish is to have a small house to shelter her from the rain and sun.
