Hung Nguyen commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Hung Nguyen town and the communes of Hung Dao, Hung Tay, and Thinh My. Hung Nguyen commune Party Committee has 2,407 party members, operating in 74 affiliated party organizations.

During the past term, the Party Committees of the communes closely followed the direction of Party committees, authorities at all levels, sectors and practical situations, united and agreed to overcome difficulties, proactively, flexibly and creatively implemented comprehensive tasks in all fields, and achieved important and quite comprehensive results.

The average economic growth rate reached 16.5%. The economic structure shifted in the right direction, in which industry, trade and services played a leading role, gradually reducing the proportion of agriculture; investment attraction achieved positive results.

Economic and social infrastructure is invested synchronously, the appearance of the countryside is increasingly improving, in a civilized and modern direction.

National defense and security were maintained; social order and safety were ensured; foreign affairs were strengthened; Party building and political system building were regularly focused on and achieved positive results.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Hung Nguyen Commune are determined to unite and mobilize the combined strength of the entire political system and all classes of people to build a commune that develops rapidly, sustainably and comprehensively in the direction of modern industry, urban areas and services.

To achieve the above goals, the Congress proposed 4 development perspectives, 23 main targets, 6 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs, and 5 solution tasks.

Accordingly, the Party Committee of Hung Nguyen commune determined the target of annual economic growth of 15-16%; economic structure shifting towards continuing to reduce the proportion of agriculture, increasing the proportion of industry and construction; Total product value in the area by 2030 reaching 18,600 billion VND; Average income per capita reaching 130 - 140 million VND/year...

Focus on inter-commune and inter-regional linkages

Speaking at the congress, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Party Committee, Government and People of Hung Nguyen commune in the past term.

Emphasizing that the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Hung Nguyen Commune, term 2025 - 2030 is a political event of extremely important significance, taking place at a historic time of the country when entering the implementation of a 2-level local government, marking the beginning of a new development stage of the Party Committee, Government and People of Hung Nguyen Commune.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Party Committee, Government and People of Hung Nguyen commune to be determined to successfully carry out the tasks set out by the congress, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of the province as well as the whole country.

In particular, focus on building a clean and strong Party organization; continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and Party members, pay attention to the work of recruiting and developing Party members, especially in enterprises and FDI-invested enterprises...

Strengthen political and ideological education, focus on reviewing, arranging and assigning staff to ensure adequate positions, meeting quality requirements in terms of knowledge, political qualities, professional capacity, and commensurate with the tasks.

In particular, building a team of cadres with a desire for innovation, with the spirit of: "dare to think, dare to speak, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, dare to innovate, dare to face difficulties and challenges, dare to act for the common good".

Regarding the orientation of socio-economic development, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu suggested that Hung Nguyen commune correctly identify advantages and challenges in the new context to have a breakthrough mindset, determine the right and accurate direction; exploit well the available conditions, potentials and advantages; flexibly apply and promote internal resources, take advantage of attracting external resources to serve the common development goals of the commune.

In particular, it is necessary to clearly define the shifting structure, focusing on industrial - urban development combined with trade and services; well prepare related infrastructure from the planning stage to the planning management stage. ensure synchronization, regional connectivity, and connectivity with localities.

Focus on building an open, transparent and friendly business environment; proactively and promptly remove difficulties, support local people and businesses to actively produce and do business, especially in site clearance for key projects.

Focus on investing in and perfecting digital infrastructure, promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation in all local activities; building and developing e-government and digital government.

Comprehensively develop cultural and social fields; pay attention to synchronous development of essential infrastructure systems in health and education to improve the quality of human resources through training, skilled and high-quality human resources, meeting the on-site human resource requirements for projects in industrial parks.

Pay attention to preserving and promoting the identity and traditional cultural beauty of the Vietnamese people and the characteristics of Hung Nguyen people as a spiritual foundation and endogenous resources for development.

Strengthening national defense and security associated with the core task of maintaining security and order in the area; effectively preventing and stopping all types of crimes and social evils. Promoting the movement "All people protect national security", building a solid people's security posture associated with the all-people national defense posture.

At the congress, delegates approved the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee of the commune for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 26 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Truong Giang was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of the commune.

Delegates unanimously approved the Congress Resolution, demonstrating political determination to put the resolution into practice.
