Soldier Dau Quang Long has a difficult family situation (father is a war invalid, mother has cancer, wife does not have a stable job...) so the family does not have the conditions to build a solid house to live in. The "comrade house" was started to be built in residential group 2, Kim Nhan town, Anh Son district with an area of about 75 m2ensure enough for long-term family use.

The house was built with financial support of 60 million VND from the Ministry of National Defense; in addition, there were contributions of construction materials and working days from relatives, neighbors of Comrade Dau Quang Long's family and officers and soldiers of My Ly Border Post, Training - Mobile Battalion (where Comrade Long is currently performing his duties).
