Building 'comrade houses' for soldiers in difficult circumstances
On April 22, My Ly Border Guard Station coordinated with the Training - Mobile Battalion, Nghe An Border Guard to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a "comrade house" in 2025 for Professional Military Major Dau Quang Long, an armed officer of My Ly Border Guard Station.

Soldier Dau Quang Long has a difficult family situation (father is a war invalid, mother has cancer, wife does not have a stable job...) so the family does not have the conditions to build a solid house to live in. The "comrade house" was started to be built in residential group 2, Kim Nhan town, Anh Son district with an area of about 75 m2ensure enough for long-term family use.
The house was built with financial support of 60 million VND from the Ministry of National Defense; in addition, there were contributions of construction materials and working days from relatives, neighbors of Comrade Dau Quang Long's family and officers and soldiers of My Ly Border Post, Training - Mobile Battalion (where Comrade Long is currently performing his duties). The house is expected to be completed 3 months after construction began.
The house, once built and completed, will help soldier Dau Quang Long's family have a stable place to live, work with peace of mind, and complete assigned tasks well./.
