The accident occurred at 1:45 PM on April 3rd on Le Mao Street in Le Mao Ward, Vinh City.

According to eyewitnesses, at the time of the incident, a woman in her 30s was riding a motorbike with license plate 37 - N6 1466, traveling from Le Mao Street to Ho Tung Mau Street, when suddenly a dark blue 7-seater car with license plate 37A 30082 overtook her and crashed into her motorbike, causing her to fall to the ground and sustaining critical injuries.

Immediately after the accident occurred, people shouted for the vehicle that caused the accident to stop 500 meters away so that the traffic police could handle the situation.
