According to information, at around 11pm on July 9, a pickup truck with license plate 37C - 402.xx (driver's identity unknown) was traveling on a 72m road, in the direction of Hung Nguyen - Vinh City. When passing through Hung Tay commune, adjacent to Vinh City, it suddenly lost control and crashed into the guardrail on the side of the road.
The impact caused the guardrail to pierce the front windshield and then the rear driver's side window of the car, causing severe damage to the vehicle. The driver was critically injured and later died.
Currently, the cause of the incident is being investigated by the authorities./.
