At approximately 10:00 AM on January 9th, at kilometer 124+100 in Na Chạng village, Tiền Phong commune (Quế Phong district), an accident occurred between a 7-seater car with Lao license plates and a truck belonging to a transport company in Quế Phong.

The scene of the accident shows that after avoiding a head-on collision with the 7-seater vehicle, the truck driver crashed into a roadside marker and suffered a flat front left tire. The collision also caused significant damage to the front of the 7-seater vehicle.
The seven-seater vehicle, driven by a middle-aged man, was carrying a group of Laotian citizens.
