At the scene, the four left rear tires of the tanker truck collapsed into the drainage ditch. The driver's side windshield was cracked.
Luckily the driver was not injured. Fortunately, there were no workers or people nearby when the tanker truck collapsed.
The cause of the crash was determined to be the tanker driver backing up to the curb, causing the left rear wheel to hit the concrete ditch. The truck's excessive weight caused the ditch to collapse, causing the tanker truck to tip over.
