At the scene, the four left rear tires of the tanker truck collapsed into the drainage ditch. The driver's side windshield was cracked.
Luckily the driver was not injured. Fortunately, there were no workers or people nearby when the tanker truck overturned.
The cause of the crash was determined to be the tanker driver backing into the curb, the left rear wheel hitting the concrete ditch. The heavy weight of the truck caused the ditch to collapse, causing the tanker truck to tip over.
By 10:20 a.m. the same day, the fresh concrete dumped on the road had been cleared, the tanker truck had not been lifted up yet./.
