At the scene, all four rear left tires of the tanker truck had fallen into the drainage ditch. The driver's side window was cracked.
The driver was fortunate not to be injured; thankfully, there were no workers or people nearby when the tanker overturned.
The cause of the accident was determined to be that the tanker truck driver reversed onto the roadside, with the left rear wheel pressing against the concrete ditch. Due to the truck's excessive weight, the ditch collapsed, causing the tanker truck to tip over.
By 10:20 AM the same day, the spilled concrete had been cleared from the road surface, but the concrete mixer truck had not yet been lifted.
