According to initial information, the accident occurred at approximately 9:00 AM on March 29th, on the North-South expressway, in the section passing through Diễu Châu district, heading from Hanoi to Vinh.
The accident occurred between a truck and a passenger bus (license plate unknown) carrying teachers and students from a school in Thai Hoa town who were on their way to cheer on the participants in an English competition.
Immediately after the accident occurred, traffic police officers on the route promptly arrived to conduct an investigation and determine the cause of the incident.
According to information from the Highway Traffic Police Team No. 4 - Department of Road and Rail Traffic Patrol and Control (Traffic Police Department), the accident fortunately did not cause serious damage, only injuring a few people on the passenger bus.
