At about 1:30 p.m. on March 19, a 4-seat car with license plate 30F - 0083 was traveling at high speed in the direction of Hanoi - Vinh. When it reached the road in front of the Agricultural Bank gate in block 1, Cau Giat town, Quynh Luu district, it tried to overtake a passenger bus traveling in the same direction, causing the car to lose control and crash into the side of a truck with license plate 37C - 110.52.

The crash was so strong that the front of the car was crushed. One person in the car was injured and had to be taken to the emergency room.

Immediately after the accident, Quynh Luu traffic police were present at the scene to find the cause and resolve the incident.
