Container truck 'plows through' median barrier.

(Baonghean.vn) - While traveling at high speed, a container truck suddenly crashed into the road divider on National Highway 1A, in the section passing through Cau Giat town (Quynh Luu).

At approximately midnight on August 31st, a container truck with license plate 43R-014.82, traveling from Hanoi to Nghe An, unexpectedly crashed head-on into the median strip of National Highway 1A upon reaching Block 6, Cau Giat town.

The powerful collision sent large blocks of concrete from the median strip flying and tilting across the road for nearly 20 meters; many traffic signs and billboards were broken. The tractor-trailer was severely damaged.

Fortunately, the incident occurred late at night when there was little traffic, so it did not cause accidents to other vehicles. The driver was lucky not to be injured.

Following the accident, the Traffic Police Team of Quynh Luu District Police quickly arrived at the scene to draw up a report and handle the incident.
