Tractor trailer hits passenger bus, many injured people need emergency care

(Baonghean.vn) -The tractor-trailer was traveling at high speed when it suddenly lost control and veered into the opposite lane, hitting a passenger bus. The accident injured many people on the bus.

The serious accident occurred at around 2:00 p.m. on November 20 on National Highway 48, passing through Dien Lam Commune, Dien Chau District, injuring many people on the bus and requiring emergency hospitalization.

Accordingly, at the above time, the tractor with license plate 37C - 151.29 pulling a trailer 37R - 007.74 was traveling on National Highway 48 in the direction of Dien Chau district - Quy Hop district. When turning, the vehicle suddenly lost control and veered into the opposite lane, colliding head-on with a passenger bus going in the opposite direction.

The horrific collision injured many people on the bus and they were taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. At the scene, the truck crashed into the curb, the vehicle was broken and severely damaged. The bus also suffered quite severe damage to the front.

Upon receiving the information, the traffic police immediately arrived at the scene to regulate traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.

The cause of the accident is still being investigated by authorities.
