Specifically, the tractor-trailer carrying a container with license plate 29RM-007.09, at the time, illegally overtook another vehicle and forced the pickup truck traveling in the same direction into the bridge railing. Fortunately, the incident occurred at a time when there was little traffic, so a collision was avoided.
