Free electric car service at Noi Bai airport
Since September, passengers have been transported free of charge by electric cars in the international isolation area of Noi Bai airport, Hanoi.
Free electric cars at the quarantine area, Terminal T2 serve on the principle: Priority is given to passengers with mobility difficulties, passengers exiting the boarding gate before passengers eating, shopping... Terminal T2 is designed in a kite shape, stretching nearly one kilometer from the East to the West. Currently, the terminal has installed one-way pedestrian stairs from the central area to both sides. According to Noi Bai International Airport, electric cars will support passengers who need to move in the opposite direction (from the East and West to the central area), especially those with limited mobility, the elderly, children, pregnant women...

Passengers can request to use the service directly on the route or through airline representatives, sales staff. The service is tested for 6 months, then evaluated and adjusted.
This is an effort by Noi Bai International Airport to improve the quality of passenger service. Free amenities for passengers currently include drinking water, wifi, battery charging, children's play area, resting area for connecting passengers, etc.
