At that time, residents of Hamlet 7, Quynh My Commune, were sleeping when they suddenly heard a loud noise. They ran out into the street and discovered that a truck with license plate 37C-11063, bearing the name "Thanh Cong," had crashed through a row of walls and knocked down the gate of Mr. Dau Duc Loi's house.
