Previously, at 12 PM on December 31, 2024, a dashcam on a vehicle traveling on National Highway 7C (also known as N5) recorded a HOWO truck with a trailer bearing license plate 37R-049.82 committing a serious traffic violation.
While other vehicles were stopped at the red light, the HOWO truck driver disregarded the rules, deliberately overtook other vehicles, and drove against the flow of traffic.
This dangerous behavior, after being shared on social media, has caused outrage in the community, as it not only violates traffic laws but also threatens the safety of other road users.
