(Baonghean.vn) - At approximately 0:30 AM on September 13th, a collision occurred between a passenger car and another vehicle in Tam Bong village, Tam Quang commune (Tuong Duong district).The vehicle, bearing license plate 37A – 31440, was driven by Phan Viet Huyen (born in 1988), from Nam Dan, traveling in the direction of Vinh – Hoa Binh town.with the truckThe vehicle with license plate 37N – 9594 is owned by Mr. Tran Quoc Vuong (1979), from Do Luong.Going in the wrong direction.

The collision caused both vehicles to spin around before coming to a stop. At the scene, numerous pieces of debris from the car's body were scattered all over the road. The front wheel of the car was detached and landed about 10 meters away from the vehicle.

The front of the car was severely damaged after the collision.

Following the accident, authorities quickly arrived to cordon off the scene and investigate the cause. Fortunately, there were no casualties. The Tuong Duong District Police are continuing their investigation into the incident.

It is understood that it was raining at the time of the accident, the driver's visibility was limited, and the road was very slippery.
