Sleeper bus transports more than half a ton of fireworks
(Baonghean.vn) - On December 23, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station (Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Police) said that the unit had handed over the subject and evidence (in the case of discovering a passenger car transporting more than 60kg of explosive firecrackers) to Dien Chau District Police for handling according to the provisions of law.

Previously, at around 11:00 p.m. on December 22, the patrol team of Dien Chau Traffic Police Station inspected passenger car 51B-098.63 driven by driver Luong Van Thu (born in 1988, residing in Nenh town, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province).
Upon inspection, the working group discovered that the passenger bed area at the back of the vehicle contained 3 sacks and 2 cardboard boxes containing many boxes of foreign-made explosives, with a total weight of 60.729 kg.

The working group drew up a record of the crime and handed over the person, evidence, and vehicle to Dien Chau District Police for handling according to the provisions of law.
